About eJam

eJam is a bootstrapped consumer products company that has built, scaled, and exited multiple brands — all without ever taking a dollar of outside capital. Our portfolio includes category leaders ranked at the top of Amazon, carried in major retailers nationwide, and sold across DTC, marketplaces, and every channel in between.

We’re not a startup hoping something works. We’re a team that has done it repeatedly — taken products from zero to eight figures, landed them on retail shelves nationwide, and built real brands that consumers love. We operate like a holding company with the speed of a startup: small team, no bureaucracy, massive ownership.

This is the place where you’ll see the entire machine — sourcing, product development, packaging, manufacturing, compliance, marketing, marketplace strategy, retail — all under one roof. If you want to learn how consumer products actually get built and shipped at scale, there is no faster education than this.

Position Summary

We're seeking a Junior Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support our Influencer Marketing in building, managing, and scaling Shameless Snacks' high-performance creator program. This is a hands-on, learn-by-doing seat focused on results, not vanity metrics — and built for someone who wants to grow.

Reporting directly to our Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be the operational right hand of the program. You won't be setting strategy on day one — you'll be making the program faster, cleaner, and more scalable by owning the day-to-day execution that keeps a busy creator roster running on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

You will help own the creator pipeline alongside your manager — supporting outreach and negotiation, drafting briefs, coordinating shipments and tracking links, scheduling posts, processing payments, and pulling weekly performance numbers. As you build operational reps, your scope grows: by month 6, you'll be running execution for 30–50 active creators with light oversight; by month 12, you'll be sourcing your own creator candidates and leading smaller commission-only negotiations.

This is a full-time, remote position ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, content marketing, or DTC eCommerce who thrives on operational ownership, sweats the small details, and wants to learn direct-response creator marketing inside a real, results-driven program.

Key responsibilities include coordinating influencer posts end-to-end — managing product shipments, creating and sharing tracking links, scheduling post dates, sending contracts, processing creator payments, and ensuring smooth execution of all campaign deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Support: Identify and surface vetted influencer candidates on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with Shameless Snacks' brand values and target audience for your manager's review and approval
  • Draft and send creator outreach using approved templates, customize as needed, and route responses to your manager for next steps
  • Support negotiation and contracting — sending contracts, confirming usage rights and deliverables, and maintaining clean records on every deal
  • Campaign Execution & Briefing: Coordinate influencer campaigns end-to-end, including drafting briefs from your manager's strategy notes, scheduling, link creation, contracts, product seeding, timelines, and payment terms
  • Performance Tracking Inputs: Pull individual creator performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS), build weekly throughput reports for your manager's review, and flag underperformers early so the team can act fast
  • Maintain the creator roster master sheet with 100% accuracy — every creator's status, deal terms, ship dates, post dates, tracking link, and payment status, refreshed weekly
  • Process creator payments on the agreed cadence, coordinate with finance, and follow up on any failed or delayed payouts
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with growth, creative, ops, and media teams to plug top-performing content into paid campaigns, whitelisting, and top-of-funnel strategy
  • Stay up-to-date on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to bring fresh ideas back to the team

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Operational Throughput (creators activated, briefs shipped, shipments triggered, payments processed — all on time)
  • Roster Master Sheet Accuracy & Tracking Link Integrity (100% audit pass rate weekly)
  • Influencer CPA / ROAS vs. Paid Ads Benchmarks (program-level, supporting your manager)
  • Monthly Content Volume from Creator Network (UGC + Organic)
  • Vetted Creator Candidates Surfaced for Manager Review
