Job Summary:

The Service Technician of Flender Brazil will represent the Winergy and Flender GmbH in services such as diagnostics and repairs of Wind and Industrial Gearboxes. Our World-class certified Workshop located at Cabo de Santo Agostinho - PE is one of the largest gearbox repair centers in LATAM specialized for wind and industrial applications. We are looking for expand our team force with the development of a Service Technician who will receive trainings to work in the complete cycle of the overhaul. Good communication is essential as well as an intermediate English level for reading, writing and speaking directly with the technical support from the factory.

The Gears division in Flender Brazil delivers products and services related to Wind Energy market as well as the industrial gearboxes used in Mining, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Cement and several other applications. With the expansion of its activities in the Northeast Workshop, the team is able to fully disassembly, inspect, report and overhaul the wind and industrial gearboxes. Due to increased demand in the Workshop and Field Services, it is necessary to hire a Service Technician, so we can keep up the quality, deliveries and control of services currently performed by the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform workshop local activities according to company's standards, guidelines and procedures;
• Perform fully disassembly, inspect, report and overhaul the wind and industrial gearboxes.
• Perform services in the workshop maintaining the cleanliness and order.
• Perform field services activities according to company's standards, guide and procedures when necessary.
• Support high quality maintenance report for all services performed in the workshop and out in the field.
• Maintain workshop’s tools and equipment in great condition.
• Ensure the compliance of all QEHS related local requirements, in partnership with respective department.
• Complete Technical Course in Mechanic or Mechatronics
• Intermediate English Level
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of procedures and guidelines on Quality, Environment, Health and Safety at work
